To the extent permitted by law, TGL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the website; (ii) any unauthorised access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The general Terms & Conditions of the Bugatti Store are governed by English law. In the case of a dispute between TGL and the consumer in regards to these Terms & Conditions, you and we agree that the courts or England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.

Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. How to place an order and the contract with consumers

1.1. To place an order for products on the Bugatti Store, you must complete the online order process following the relevant instructions, this is then sent electronically to the Vendor. Please read through the general Terms & Conditions of Sale and the Return Policy before placing an order.
1.2. On the order confirmation page, we will provide you with a summary of the main features of all products ordered, the price (including all applicable fees and taxes), and the cost of shipping (including any additional fees you may be charged, if you choose shipping that is faster, if available, than and/or different to standard shipping).
1.3. After your order form has been submitted, TGL will process your order. Following placement of your order, TGL will send you an automatic acknowledgment of receipt. If TGL is unable to fulfil your order for any reason, you will be informed of this. This includes reasons such as spotting an error with the price or description of the product, error in stock levels, if you have not complied with the general Terms & Conditions of sale - if so, TGL will notify you as soon as possible, in order to arrange the cancellation of the order, or return of any products. In the case that you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please refrain from completing an order form.

2. Guarantees & Product Price Indication
2.1.The Bugatti Store exclusively sells Bugatti branded products purchased by TGL from the Approved Licensees. Second-hand, refurbished, or faulty products are not sold by TGL. All products adhere to the corresponding market standards.
2.2. TGL is under a legal duty to supply products to you as a consumer that are in conformity with the contract between you and TGL. Nothing in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale or the Return Policy will affect your legal rights. If you believe that products we have supplied do not conform with the contract between you and TGL, please contact Customer Care. If you wish to exercise your legal rights to reject products, the Return Policy applies.

When paying with credit/debit card, all card details input will be sent via an encrypted protocol to the banks which provide remote electronic payment services to TGL, without third parties having any access whatsoever thereto. These details will not be used by TGL except for carrying out procedures relevant to your purchase, or issuing refunds in the case of returns, subsequent to the exercise of your right to return, or for reporting cases of fraud on the Bugatti Store to the police or other authorities. The price for the purchase of products and the costs for their shipping and delivery as indicated on the order form will be charged to your account at the moment in which the purchased products are shipped.

FREE SHIPPING FOR UK & EUROPE FOR ORDERS OVER 100€ / £100. Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery mode and destination, your shipping costs will be shown at checkout.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days.

Expected delivery times should be taken as a guide only. Moreover, we are not responsible for any delays caused by credit card authorisation processes in regard to the shipping date.

How to track an order?

You will receive a tracking link upon dispatch of your order. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Care team by completing a Contact Us form or contacting us directly at: support@bugatti.store.

For your security, orders made by new users can only be sent to the billing address of the credit card holder. To prevent delays in processing your order, please make sure that your billing address matches the address your credit card is registered to, and that the cardholder’s name is written as it appears on the card. Please make sure that you also enter your details correctly, so we can contact you if required.

What happens if I’m not at home when the parcel is delivered?

If you are not available when delivery is attempted, a new attempt will be made. If the parcel is not delivered on the third attempt, the package will be diverted to our warehouse, delivery fees will not be refunded in this instance.

In any case, for deliveries outside the territories of UK & EU delivery expenses and lead times may be subject to change. Customer’s outside of the UK and EU will be subject to the region’s local taxes and duties. The Customer is therefore advised to contact the customs authorities in the country concerned beforehand to verify the costs and any restrictions on imports.

The lead times for delivery indicated by Transparent Global Limited are merely indicative and a delay to the same, or any delivery made with subsequent split consignments shall not entitle the Client to refuse the delivery or request compensation or indemnity.

At the time of delivery, the Client shall be required to check: that the number of packages delivered corresponds to the number shown on the delivery note. that the packaging is intact, not damaged, or wet or spoiled, including with reference to the materials used for sealing (adhesive tape or metallic strapping). Any damage to the packaging and/or to the product or any lack of correspondence in the number of packages or the details, must be notified immediately by indicating the nature of the problem on the delivery note for the product, which shall be returned to the carrier.

Any problems with reference to the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the goods received must be notified within 72 hours of delivery, in accordance with the methods set out in this document.

7. Pre-Orders
In certain cases, TGL may release products available exclusively for pre-order, which may not be yet available on the Bugatti Store. For pre-order items, TGL will state the estimated shipping date prior to purchase or communicate it via email, and if the order is submitted by the consumer, TGL will send you a confirmation email once the package has been dispatched. Pre-order products can only be purchased using a credit/debit card.
