Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy (except in the case of sale items), which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Please note that all sales items are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for any products or services purchased.

Also note, import fees and duty charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. These are determined by the CBP and collected by UPS. Any refused delivery will have the import duty charges and delivery fee deducted from their refund. If you have any questions please contact our support team prior to placing an order.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Exceptions may be made only in the case of:

  • Items received damaged or defective (must be reported within 2 days of delivery)

  • Order fulfillment errors (e.g., wrong item shipped)

To be eligible for a return, the products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them (if applicable), including all accessories and documents. We reserve our right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or, as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

You will be notified if the returned product(s) cannot be accepted because they are not compliant with the conditions indicated above. If so, you can choose, at your own expense, to have the product(s) returned to you. If you do not wish to have the product(s) returned to you, TGL shall retain the product(s) and the amount paid for the purchase of the product(s).

A refund fee will be deducted from your refund which is equal to the cost incurred for delivering the purchased products to you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Identification Tag:
We remind you that all products sold by Bugatti Store include an identification tag attached with a disposable seal which is an integral part of the product. Please try on the products without removing the tag and seal. Products returned without the tag and seal will not be accepted unless they are being returned by you in accordance with your legal rights to reject a product (for example, because a product is faulty or not as described).

Electronic Products:
All electronic items must not be opened nor used. They must be returned in a ‘as new’ condition to be eligible for a refund. This applies to, but not limited to, smartwatches, headphones, earphones, electric scooters and remote control model cars.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
