Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Delivery times can vary depending on UPS and the below are only estimates:
Mainland Europe - 1-2 days
United Kingdom - 1-2 days
USA - 2-3 days
Rest of World - 3-4 days
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them (if applicable), including all accessories and documents. Normal returns incur a charge of €5.00 EUR for UK/EU and $20 USD for Rest of World. E-Scooter returns insure a charge of €100 EUR for UK/EU and $150 USD for Rest of World.
