TAX & DUTY

Taxes and duties are not included for customers purchasing from the United States. Any orders being sent to the United States will be subject to tax & duty upon import, the exact amount is determined by US Customs and Border Protection and will be collected by our delivering partner; UPS.

Import fees and duty charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. These are determined by the CBP and collected by UPS. Any refused delivery will have the import duty charges and delivery fee deducted from their refund. If you have any questions please contact our support team prior to placing an order. 

All orders for EU (including EEA) are including tax & duty and there are no additional charges for customers.

All orders for the UK are including tax & duty and there are no additional charges for customers. On the rare occasion you may be contacted by UPS to pay tax & duty on your order, in this instance please contact our customer care team who will take care of the matter.

Taxes and duties are not included for customers purchasing from other countries. UPS will inform you if there is anything to pay in order to release the package so please make sure to provide a correct email and phone number when purchasing. Some countries may require you to provide your resident ID for import clearance.
