RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them (if applicable), including all accessories and documents. A return fee will be deducted from your refund which is equal to the cost incurred for delivering the purchased products to you.

DELIVERY TIMES

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Delivery times can vary depending on UPS and the below are only estimates:

Mainland Europe: 1-2 days

United Kingdom: 1-2 days

USA: 2-3 days

Rest of World: 3-4 days

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a tracking link upon dispatch of order or alternatively you can view the status by logging in with your email.

HOW TO VIEW MY ACCOUNT

After placing your order you are able to view your account by clicking the Account icon on the top right hand corner. You are also able to check out as guest without creating an account and will still be able to track your order via the account section.
